The manager of the Hermitage Fund is HSBC Management (Guernsey) Limited (HMG), a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Investments (Guernsey) Limited, a Guernsey incorporated company.

HMG provides day-to-day management of the Hermitage Fund by maintaining the Hermitage Fund's share registrar, issuing and redeeming shares and interacting with the Hermitage Fund's shareholders. Based on the Hermitage Capital Management's research and recommendations, the Fund Manager makes investments of the Fund's assets.

Being a member of HSBC group, one of the largest banking and financial services organizations, HMG is administering 55 funds comprising 78 different share classes having more than US $8.5 billion of assets under management.
